The help I received was amazing from the first phone call to my last session. Everyone I spoke with was so kind and understanding. It was such a relief to know I was going to get the help I needed. [name removed] my therapist was incredible. I never thought I'd get to where I am today but she was with me every step of the way. I cannot praise her enough.

Overall, she made my assesment experience as comfortable as it could be and I feel that my issues were dealt with effectively and I am in capable hands.

Every question asked of me included the option not to answer . Or asked if I was comfortable with the question.

[name removed] became a reassuring voice in my head. Not literally. When I was panicking I ran through the processes we'd created. He listened, and explained that there was a clear way out. He encouraged goals and gently facing fears. I have just finished my first week in a new job. I would/couldn't have done this without [name removed] s support and the other lovely people I spoke too. Thank you all for doing a very difficult job!

There was a fairly long wait for treatment, but the end result was worth it.

I couldn’t fault the perinatal team care. 100% brilliant.

[name removed] was my counsellor, I can not recommend [name removed] enough. She has been amazing with helping me come to terms with my fears and anxieties making me feel at ease and not judged. Thank you so much for all your help. Your care is all around brilliant!

Since the reconfiguration of the community mental health services, care has been excellent - a radical improvement on the rather patchy provision prior to this. Access to services has been really easy and the service has always responded appropriately and quickly. The whole team has been outstanding especially my CMHP [name removed]
